Can I get a refund or make an exchange for a different color or size?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong or damaged items. We don’t offer returns and exchanges. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at support@buskveld.com and we’ll try to sort it out for you.

What sizes are available?

Our products are available in a range of sizes, from XS to XXL. Please refer to the Size & Fit Guide on each product page for accurate measurements.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. You can view the shipping details at checkout.

When will I receive my order?

It usually takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location. US: 3-7 business days. EU: 6-8 days. Australia: 2-14 days. Japan: 4-8 days. International: 10-20 days.

Note: This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
