Overview
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but we offer refunds or replacements.
We want to make sure that you love our products and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we’ll replace or refund it. For quality issues we’ll ask you to provide clear photos of the product(s) on a flat, well-lit surface. Please, contact us via our contact form, or by emailing us to support@buskveld.com, if you experience related issues.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or size-related returns.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or replacement.
Cancelations
All of our products are made to order, especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.
Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues.
Damaged Items/Quality Issues
For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the quality issue of the print or the damaged area of the item, along with your order number. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed.

Refunds
Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except for those with quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless they meet these requirements and you provide support with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue.
PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.
Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Sale Items
Sale items can not be refunded or replaced. Only regular priced items may be refunded or replaced.
Returns
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or size-related returns. Only items with print errors or quality issues can be refunded or replaced.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address – If you (the customer) provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturer facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the manufacturer facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
If you haven’t registered an account on https://buskveld.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
Returned by Customer – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse nor accept returns for size exchanges.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
